Dr. Sebastian Thrun from Stanford University is offering free lectures/classes on statistics, artificial intelligence, software testing, and more at Udacity.com. He has worked on the development of the Google driverless car system and has a PhD in computer science and statistics. His theory is that education should be free and he’s working towards that goal by offering free classes. There was an article on MSNBC about him. He’s pretty interesting. You guys should check it out.
