I need to report animal cruelty and I’m not sure where to report it to because we don’t have an ASPCA (to my knowledge) in Tennessee. I WANT to do something and I’m willing to do pretty much anything at this point, but I’m standing here on square one not knowing where to go… Anyone know a place that I could call or SOMETHING? Would a Humane Society be a good place to start?

These were the bettas Walmart sold me. In the same container. They both died two days afterwards, even with medicine treatments. Walmart, YOU NEED TO STOP THIS NOW.
